Terms
These terms cover orders from Product Photo Shots, run by Adapt Progress Evolve Ltd (company number 10047328, VAT GB362654684). Contact: hello@productphotoshots.com.
What you get
You send photos of a product. We make the number of shots you paid for, in the shape you chose, by placing your product into new scenes with AI image models. Every shot is reimagined with AI and labelled that way, and the files carry standard AI-provenance information. Shots are made at 2K as standard; if you add 4K shots when you choose your pack, they are made at 4K instead (for example 3,712 × 4,608 pixels in portrait).
Your photos and your product
- You confirm that you own or sell the product, and that you have the right to use the photos you upload.
- We can't shoot well-known brands' products, products you don't have the right to sell, or anything unlawful or harmful. If we can't take an order we tell you before you pay.
Free sample
- After the free check, you can ask for one free sample shot of your product in one of our preset scenes. It's limited to one per email address, and we may pause free samples at any time (for example when a month's allowance has been used).
- The sample is checked like a paid shot, carries a visible "free sample" watermark, is up to 1,200 pixels, and has no redo. You may share it to show what we do, but please don't remove the watermark or use it as a finished product image.
- If our check holds a sample back, you can try one more scene for free.
Prices and payment
On the UK site, prices are in pounds and include VAT. On the US edition (productphotoshots.com/us/), prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax. Your order is charged in the currency of the edition you started it on. You pay in full by card through Stripe before we start. We start work as soon as your payment goes through.
Our checks, redos and refunds
- Every shot is checked against your original photo before you see it. A shot that changes your product is remade, and if we still can't get it right a person checks it.
- Each delivered shot gets one free redo: tell us what's wrong from your order page. You keep both the first version and the redo.
- If we can't deliver a shot that passes our check, we refund that shot.
- If something else has gone wrong, email us and we'll put it right. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
Using your shots
Once you've paid, you can use your shots for any lawful purpose, including your shop, ads and social media. Because they're made with AI, please don't present them as traditional photography where that would mislead. We don't use your photos or shots in our own marketing without asking you.
Storage
Your photos and shots are deleted 90 days after your order. Please download your shots.
Liability
We take care to get your product right, but AI-generated images can contain errors, so please check your shots before you use them. Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
