Privacy

Product Photo Shots is run by Adapt Progress Evolve Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10047328). This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@productphotoshots.com.

When you order

We use these only to provide your order. We never use your photos or your shots in our own marketing without asking you first.

Emails about tips and offers are only sent if you tick the optional box when you ask for a free sample. We record when you ticked it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, or email us and we'll stop. Not ticking it changes nothing about your sample or your order.

To keep free samples to one per person, we keep a record of the email addresses that have had one (with the date and what it cost us to make) for as long as we keep order records.

Who helps us

To make and deliver your shots, your photos and brief are processed by these providers under their business terms:

How long we keep things

Your uploaded photos and your shots are deleted automatically 90 days after you order, so please download your shots. We keep a basic order record (email, what you bought, when, what you paid) for as long as UK tax law requires.

Site analytics

We count visits with our own anonymous analytics. We record the page, the website that sent you, campaign tags in the link, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), your country, how far you scroll and how long the page was visible, plus which steps of an order you reached. We do not use cookies, and we never record your IP address, your browser's identity or anything you type. Order links are recorded without their private code. A random id kept in your browser tab groups one visit's pages together and disappears when you close the tab.

We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track automatically. You can also switch analytics off for this browser:

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@productphotoshots.com. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
